I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychotherapy. CBT treats problems & boosts happiness by modifying conflicting emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. PPT addresses strengths, resources, values and hopes in addition to symptoms, weaknesses, risks and regrets, for a more balanced understanding of your unique life experience.
