I help women heal from trauma, navigate ADHD and autism, and find support through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, motherhood decisions, and life's major transitions so they can feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. Using EMDR, parts work, and a nervous-system-and somatic-informed approach, I support clients in feeling more connected, empowered, and grounded in their daily lives. Often my clients are the one everyone depends on. From the outside, life may look fine, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experience. I like to meet clients three times to determine that we are a good fit. Then, you will receive a treatment plan outlining our work together. I am trained in EMDR, parts work, and nervous-system-informed therapy to help you understand your distress, not just manage symptoms.
I specialize in working with women who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create a deeper sense of connection, confidence, and self-understanding.
