About
The primary focus of my work is with: Teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Families, in supporting them to address intergenerational trauma and navigating challenges impacting the family unit. And couples, uncovering and addressing challenges that are negatively impacting their relationship.
My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a warm, confidential, and safe space that supports healing and wellness as clients process their thoughts and feelings. As a clinical social worker, I explore the biological, psychological, socio-cultural, environmental, and developmental factors that influence your individual experience.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.
