My counseling services are culture and trauma sensitive and based in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Play Therapy (adolescents).
I specialize in helping individuals and families reach their mental health goals, improve resilience, set boundaries, and build confidence using a variety of modalities.
