I work with children ages 4 and up, adolescents, teens, adults, and elders. I am passionate about helping younger people cope with depression and anxiety. I have worked with many young people who are having trouble navigating new life challenges. I am also very passionate about working with people who have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder or anyone who is neurodivergent. I have certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Autism Spectrum Disorder, and can provide neuro-divergent friendly play therapy to children.
I am a dedicated LMSW that specializes in working with adolescents and adults. Using a client- centered-approach allows me to meet individuals where they are to focus on their voyage of development. My biggest goal is to allow clients to feel comfortable and safe in the environment in which we work together.
I truly believe that building rapport and having a good connection with your clinician is among the most important factors of therapy. Utilizing compassionate, evidence-based approaches allow me to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and pursue their goals.
