The scars of unbearable emotional pain portray themselves through our emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
When we try to “fix” what is outside of us, inevitably, we will continue to be stuck. When we try to look within ourselves;our emotions, thoughts or prejudgments based on our beliefs or assumption, we may challenge ourselves & ask questions if what we believe, in fact, is true.
