I believe you know yourself best. Sometimes we need to make time and space to reconnect with ourselves. I apply an integrative, holistic approach that examines each person's experience while taking into account the context in which they exist. The foundation of my work is establishing a brave space of safety and trust, while embracing compassion, empathy, non-judgment and openness.
I am trained in Individual and Family Psychotherapy. Over the past 20 years I have worked in various settings, including: outpatient therapy, adult and pediatric hospitals, and schools. I enjoy working with the resiliency of the human spirit!
