I can help by providing the First Step in completing a comprehensive Co-Occurring Substance Use Mental Health Evaluation and provide you with guidance on your next step. We all struggle in life and we do not always know the healthiest way to address the struggles. I can help you develop your personal healthy coping skills and assist you getting where you would like to be.
I specialize on working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are using unhealthy coping skills and would like to change. I have had extensive training in addressing issues which may occur as a first responder. I also work with those who have legal issues. I am able to address mental health and substance use at the same time.
