Have you been carrying too much for too long? Are you a high achiever, nurturer, teacher, creative or a therapist? Perhaps you hold it together on the outside but feel burnt out or disconnected inside. You might pressure yourself, feeling like you "should" feel better. I specialize in working with highly sensitive people (HSP) navigating ADHD, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, and/or relationship or attachment issues. I work with a lot of people with complex trauma. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to reparent or reconnect with your younger self and offer tools to shift unhelpful thoughts or patterns.

I can assist you in processing mystical or difficult to explain experiences. I offer EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, psychotherapeutic reiki, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In session, we will use principles from transpersonal and Jungian psychology, meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices.

In addition to therapy, I offer neuro-affirming spiritual and career coaching. We will take a collaborative approach to help you examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and learn tools to shift unsupportive patterns. If this resonates, you can schedule an appointment today!
