I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can be heard and empowered to explore, discover, understand, and transform their lives. Many of my clients come seeking clarity on why they feel the way they feel, why their actions aren’t aligning with the person they know they are, what’s getting in the way of their goals, and how they have established relationship patterns that do not serve them. I work with clients to create a space that invites creativity and curiosity to solve problems, alleviate symptoms, and look inward at how our ways of thinking, feeling and behaving may be constricting our freedom to achieve.
My passion lies in working with individuals who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relational conflict, behavioral issues, and self-esteem, among other areas. I also provide supportive counseling to help patients and loved ones cope with the impact of cancer – from diagnosis through treatment, recovery, and survivorship.
Through my training and careful listening, I empower my clients to create lasting change and resilience through building on strengths, skillful coping and the insight we gain together.
