I have a passion for helping people navigate life's struggles and assist them toward realizing their goals; I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to assist others on their journey of self-reflection.
My approach to treatment begins with a trusting relationship. I am a firm believer in ‘keeping it real’ without judgment. I offer my years of experience and training to assist my clients to deepen the understanding of their mind and emotional development. I will journey with you to assist in experiencing, understanding and challenging thoughts and behaviors.
I have 10 + years experience in assisting adults and youth with trauma/PTSD, attachment issues, relationship discord, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances and substance abuse issues.
