I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, panic disorder, anxiety, or chronic low self-esteem. I am a United States Veteran and have special expertise in working with Active-Duty Military and Veterans. You may be struggling with frustrations, feeling as if your life is off track, or having difficulty with a life transition that feels too overwhelming. The therapist-client relationship is unique, and our relationship will be the foundation for change and set the stage for healing.
