I became a therapist because I witnessed early in life how deeply our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and what we believe is possible. I wanted to create a space where people feel genuinely seen and supported while they heal and grow.
I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, trauma, and the pressures of parenting and caregiving. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in real-life tools. I integrate modalities such as EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and creative interventions like art and play when it feels right for the work we are doing.
I offer client-focused therapy for those who struggle with self-worth, anxiety and depression. I start with offering an outside assessment your concerns. I help you by mapping out small, manageable goals and I empower you to be kind to yourself as we navigate the terrain together on a weekly or biweekly basis.
I offer safe, trauma-informed treatments so you can make positive changes and feel your best. I guide you to tune into what your emotions are telling you, recognize negative thought patterns that are driving your behavior, and replace those negative thoughts with more helpful beliefs to get you through each day.
