Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Georgia. I integrate expressive arts with treatment methods such as CBT, DBT, CPT, narrative therapy, integrative body-mind-spirit social work, and existential/humanistic approaches to work with individuals who want to utilize creative practices to explore and express themselves in a way that moves them toward a life of purpose and growth.
My practice is trauma-informed and trauma-responsive, focused on approaches that promote regulation, expand awareness, and facilitate connections in a manner that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.
In addition to the treatment methods outlined above, I draw upon my belief in the healing power of nature, studies in eastern philosophy, and body-based approaches such as somatic therapy, yoga, and qigong.
