Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in the treatment of trauma for adults in Georgia. I incorporate expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic approaches with EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster self-awareness and meaningful connections. Many of the people I work with have complex trauma histories and have reached a point in their lives where they are ready to move from surviving to thriving. My practice is focused on approaches that promote regulation, expand awareness, and facilitate connections in a manner that goes beyond traditional talk therapy and cultivates a stance of curiosity and self-compassion. IN addition to trauma, I also work with individuals experiencing life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
In addition to the treatment methods outlined above, I draw upon my belief in the healing power of nature, studies in eastern philosophy, and body-based approaches such as somatic therapy, yoga, and qigong.
