In our sessions we will work together to determine the root of the issue, assess what has or has not been working, and collaborate on how to move past whatever is holding you back.
Therapeutic goals can include many various topics. Some individuals may need support around a particular relationship or in working through a traumatic event. For others, a goal could be recognizing some lifestyle patterns, sometimes existing since childhood, that no longer coincide with one's values and expectations for the future.
I strive to honor each person's unique life experience by tailoring my clinical approach to best meet individual needs. I enjoy getting to know each person and assisting them in recognizing and utilizing their strengths to face life's many challenges.
