I am a Licensed Counselor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Maternal and Infant Mental Health Specialist, with over 20 years of education, knowledge, and experience. I specialize in trauma recovery, childhood abuse, dissociative disorders, anxiety disorders, postpartum mood issues, fertility, and grief. Working from a multi-generational, attachment-based approach, I emphasize healing old wounds, increasing resilience, and post-traumatic growth. I also offer The Art & Soul of Birth, a customized program of relaxation & fear-release techniques for birth.
With advanced training in trauma and attachment science, I bring a unique understanding of the effects of traumatic experiences on our ability to cope with stress, how the mind and body interact, and how early childhood experiences shape how we view and approach the world and relationships.
