I support you working towards goals that may include deeper sense of self awareness, better communication skills, reducing stress, coping skills for anxiety, depression, trauma and anger, and better relationship dynamics. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
We work together to build a better foundation to reach the goals you set. I utilize an integrative therapy approach to best support clients, couples and families. I offer supervision social workers for those working towards license. I take regular courses through NASW to stay up to date. I had a great supervisor and want to pay it forward.
