Welcome! I am a mother to six children ranging in ages 25 to 10. One in college, one serving her country and four keeping me busy at home. I am also a Combat medic Army veteran having served all over the world including beautiful Afghanistan. Before I would join the military, I was a 9th grade high school drop-out. Literally born on the floor of an old house in Florida. I have known poverty and abuse. The military changed my idea of who I could be.
I offer trauma informed care to my clients. Acknowledging that each human knows themselves better than I ever could. I am a facilitator to what you hold within you. The answer. The solution.
In the past I have worked with trauma survivors and through this and my own life I have come to realize that one person can change the trajectory of a person’s life. If I can be that one person, to listen empathically in a space in which you feel seen and heard, I’ve met the mark. And if I don’t make the mark- I’m so laid back I don’t mind being told.
