About
Are you not feeling yourself? Would you like to process life situations that are causing stress? I am here to help! I am passionate about helping my client's achieve their goals while they strive to become happier and healthier. I work with a variety of ages to help navigate their personal growth and relationships.
I am an integrative Psychotherapist, which means I implement a variety of orientations and therapies based on my client's individual needs. In the majority of my cases I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, and provide visual aids/supported materials to reinforce personal growth.
If you have the desire to feel better, establish/meet personal goals, increase mood and be a healthier self, give our office a call. I look forward to meeting with you!
