There are many cases where our wounds are caused within relationships with others. Our healing can also occur within the context of safe and compassionate relationships. This is a space that I am honored to offer to others as they navigate life's complexities. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting individuals who are experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, or secondary trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful connection can flourish.
My work is grounded in Attachment Theory and shaped by my own journey of healing and resilience. I integrate a trauma-informed lens with evidence-based practices, including, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Restoration Therapy.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but it’s a brave first step toward healing. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone.
