I'd love to help you regain a fulfilling, meaningful life! I specialize in providing outdoor nature therapy, therapy for professionals in business and academia, and therapy for sexual trauma. My office
If you are longing for deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and/or others, let's talk, and maybe go for a walk. I also provide ecotherapy, engaging with nature as cofacilitator for healing and growth. Sessions are in local parks and other natural spaces. During inclement weather, or by your preference, we can meet online or in your home or office.
Together, we can do hard things. You already have the answers and everything you need. I can help you tap into your inner wisdom to find them!
