My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy in order to empower you on your path to healing and personal growth. Whether you're facing specific issues or simply seeking a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, we will work together towards understanding your unique experiences, identifying strengths, and navigating challenges. As a mental health therapist with a background in neuroscience research, I am able to provide evidence-based interventions that address both the psychological and biological aspects of mental health.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My approach to therapy integrates mindfulness and connection, and I use a variety of theoretical approaches and evidence-based interventions. I have experience working with mood disorders, attachment disorders, complex mental health needs, and special education in the public school system.
