Does it ever feel like everything is stacked against you? Even when it feels like darkness surrounds you, all it takes is a tiny flicker of light for things to change. That's where Jax and I come in. Jax is my pup who is here to help while we find the spark of hope you need.

My primary approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy. These help us to see that while we cannot always control what happens, we can control how we react to experiences. I love helping people tap into the strengths that might be hidden to pursue personal fulfilment.

I have lived experience within the special needs community and understand the complexities of the medical care system. I work with all individuals regardless of gender, race, sex, sexual preference, or religious beliefs. I am also offering: supervision for LLPC/LLC licensure to new graduates seeking their LPC; comprehensive psychological testing for adults.
