I want to offer you tools and techniques that can help stop the thoughts from spinning and support you in the direction you want to go. Sometimes we need to just give ourselves permission to make choices; forgive ourselves and others (doesn't mean those we forgive are still given space in our life) and how to make the best future we can. I want to remind you that you matter and you deserve to feel good. We do this by "talking it out" - see what I did there?
My style is warm and welcoming; non-judgmental; humor at times as well. I incorporate Christian values when requested but not forced. Everyone has their own path and I respect that. My therapeutic approach is strength based with Solution-focused, Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. My focus is to support you while we navigate your concerns.
My role is to support you where you are while reaching your goals. I hope you feel our sessions are a time where you can be open and honest, and feel safe to address your concerns. Therapy will be what you put in to it, and healing can feel heavy at times, but hopefully you will start to feel and see the progress of your efforts. I'm here when you're ready.
