My name is Brandy Swoyer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience working with Adults, children, and adolescents with mental health conditions, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and situations of trauma. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety and depression and as well as situations of trauma. I assist clients in determining ways of building upon their strengths and moving beyond situations of trauma or mental health conditions by focusing on healing and allowing themselves to find meaning and purpose in their lives through positive action.
It has been my passion to assist individuals in working through life experiences and identifying positive ways of eliminating destructive patterns that may otherwise be preventing them from experiencing the life that they desire for themselves.
My approach to therapy is based on a collaborative and supportive endeavor that is compassionate for each individual and considerate of experiences of trauma and areas of concerns in one's life. We will work together to establish a positive plan that will address your concerns at a comfortable pace in a nonjudgmental and supportive environment.
