I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for people from all walks of life who are struggling with a loss of meaning, confusion about one's place in the world and spiritual stagnation. This could manifest in hopelessness about one's career, a life crisis, various depressions and anxieties, loneliness and isolation, or feeling stuck in a relationship, too frozen to make a change.
I have been trained and mentored in the traditions of Depth Psychology, psychoanalysis and Carl Jung's analytic psychology, and incorporate existential and phenomenological perspectives, as well as clinical applications of neuroscience. I have also studied Buddhism for the past 20 years, and incorporate this understanding of the mind into our work.
A fundamental goal of psychotherapy is to exist in ways we deeply long to but feel frustrated or confused that we are not able to achieve. I am here to attend to what is calling you towards change.
