I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping clients gain empowerment through perspective, mindfulness, and skill development. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic modalities, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and body-mind bridging modalities in therapy. I'm dedicated to helping my clients gain security and confidence in themselves so that they can see their worth and know that they are enough. I am focused on making the therapeutic space a place where you feel safe to express all your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and whatever else you need to heal and grow.
I have a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, identity development, and faith transitions. I am passionate about working with Black individuals. Living in Utah is not easy for us. I have a lot of experience working with youth but I also work with adults. I also work a lot with families and individuals of transracial adoption.
There are a lot of things that can cause us to feel overwhelmed, hopeless, disconnected, and anxious. If this is your position, you are not alone.
