My approach is to view the wider system at play and then help you process and adapt to the ins and outs of everyday life. I am an experiential therapist who focuses less on teaching and more on helping you integrate your emotional life to be more harmonious.
I specialize in couples and individuals therapy and have a special interest in depression, anxiety, life decision and career problems. I also work with one spouse to improve their marriage even if the other won't come in. I also love working with teens (14 and up).
