Hello! My name is Brandon and I'm glad you found my page. I've been working in the mental health field for the last 10 years in a variety of settings helping others with any challenges they may be facing in life. Whether it is stress, anxiety, depression, or even dealing with the struggles and pains of the past, or even current happenings, I am ready and here for you.
I utilize a multi-therapeutic approach that combines elements from Existentialism, Reality Therapy, and REBT. But I also like to incorporate humor as much as possible because we sometimes just need a good laugh or two now and again.
I am a veteran and still am serving with the PA Army National Guard and would love to help fellow veterans as well as their families and loved ones. However, I am also here for anyone who needs the help and needs someone to talk to. I offer evening hours as well as Saturday mornings.
