Hello, my name is Brandon L Selby Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S). My training and approach promotes an authentic relationship with my clients so as to identify pain and suffering, whereas utilizing interventions to promote healing and support the client's overall self-problem-solving abilities
Primary treatment involves an Existential-Cognitive-Neuroscience approach supported by CBT and DBT interventions to help clients learn about their pain and understand how to heal to improve their overall quality of life.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep interest in understanding our human behavior and the subsequent complexities of emotional well-being. Initially, I studied psychology and became fascinated by how our experiences, beliefs, and relationships influence mental health.
