Offering: Individual Therapy, Family Counseling, Highly Structured Interventions to help people get into treatment, and Clinical Supervision. Understanding: It can be frustrating to feel and behave a certain way, knowing that you have or can be better at living. I am comfortable with those who know that something is not working and are considering how to change, so they can ultimately function better. My clients are those who come for one on one counseling, family members, and couples who struggle with addiction in the home. I have a wide range of experience in treating addiction, mental health, and supporting recovery.

I realize that IOP or (another) residential admission may not be for everyone so along with in office therapy, I am also offering a more versatile approach to treatment. We can come to you as part of the services. Counseling Choices integrates psychotherapy and wellness, which focuses on the prosocial activities to help create and maintain change/sobriety.

Initial visits are used to conduct a "clinical assessment" as a chance for me to get to know you and you to know me. I do offer some evening appointments but most offerings are during regular business hours. Additionally, I specialize in Clinical Supervision for counseling professionals seeking licensure for CCS, LCAS, CADC and/or LCMHC.
