I have found Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to be particularly helpful for my clients to process difficult memories in their lives and see sustained improvement in PTSD symptoms. My EMDR training was through an EMDRIA-approved training program, and I am an EMDRIA member. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed "parts work" for a variety of issues.
