They carry stress, trauma, and identity-related struggles that others often minimize. They want relief from hypervigilance, burnout, disconnection, and emotional fatigue. They’re looking for a space where they can drop the mask, process what they’ve carried, and rebuild a life that feels authentic—one rooted in peace, power, and connection.

I specialize in trauma-informed care using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. My approach is direct, culturally aware, and grounded in real-life experience. I offer a space that affirms who you are—no judgment, no assumptions.
