I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to YOUR individual needs and wants. In the words of Michael Jordan, "Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen". Some of that experience includes working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, bullying, PTSD, bipolar disorder, marital concerns, childhood trauma and others
Therapeutic practices include Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adventured based therapy. I do not believe that one style works for everyone and I work to the strengths and goals of the people I serve.
