I work to create an open and comfortable place where clients can work through their struggles to better their lives and heal relationships.The only goal is helping you move forward with fulfillment and joy. My personal worldview comes from following Jesus, but my goal is to be with you as you work through life whatever your background, faith, or life story is. My desire is to walk with people through hard times. We all go through them and sometimes we just need a hand.
I integrate techniques from multiple Evidence-Based theories including Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, Reality Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Experiential Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to help you work through any problem that you might be facing in your life.
