With over 20 years of experience, I help teens, families, and couples navigate anxiety, ADHD, addiction, anger, and family conflict. As founder of Inspired Resolutions, I integrate mental health, physical wellness, and nutrition to support lasting change. My background includes addiction recovery, Drug Court, and private practice, and I collaborate with schools and nonprofits like the With Hope Foundation for suicide prevention. I also train therapists, run a free parent group, offer online courses, and speak on campuses for staff and students.

I specialize in individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, helping parents and teens develop practical skills for conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and healthy communication. My family anger management group is the only one of its kind, & my online programs are designed to support therapy & provide additional guidance for families.
