Young Women Rise
Inspired Resolutions is providing FREE groups for young women and teens who are struggling with mental illness, low motivation, relationship problems, and phase of life issues. Participants can connect with an experienced female therapist and others struggling with similar issues. There are 2 groups offered: Group One: ages 13-17 years old Group Two: ages 18-25 years old
Inspired Resolutions For Anger
Sign up at inspiredresolutionscounseling.com and click on courses The course has indefinite content coming out weekly in the form of a video, a short article, an assignment, and a weekly group that can be attended online. We can track member's progress and instead of a simple completion certificate, we state the person's participation level, percentage of completed content, and the number of groups attended. We can also make recommendations for people who participate weekly in the group.
