I specialize in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, depression, suicidality, bipolar disorder, OCD, and eating disorders. My therapeutic journey began in graduate school, working with clients under observation. After graduation, I worked in a step-down unit for severe mental health issues, then moved to community mental health, serving clients aged 0-65. I also started a small private practice, focusing on eating disorders, anxiety, teens, couples, OCD, and life improvement. After 9 years with a healthcare provider, I continue to grow my skills with diverse clientele.
My approach as a therapist is simple: I meet clients where they are to reach their goals collaboratively. I understand we are all different, and what works for some may not work for others. My job is to help clients achieve their goals by collaborating to understand their needs and create the skills or changes required to reach those outcomes.
