From this ground of self-acceptance, we will explore the ways your natural expression has become distorted through your varied life experiences. Together, we will work with the blocks limiting your capacity to live more fully.
I practice Gestalt Therapy, an experiential and relational approach that is less talking about problems and more of an active exploration of your experience in the world, with a strong emphasis on your embodied, somatic experience. I am influenced by Buddhist psychology, depth psychology, somatic psychology, and multicultural, decolonial, and psychiatry.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation and provide both in-person sessions in Arcata and telehealth throughout California. With over a decade of clinical experience, I support people navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the many shapes suffering can take.
