Sometimes marriage problems or recovery issues seem overwhelming, but you do NOT have to accept that as normal living. I am a specialist in life recovery and relational repair. I'm Gottman Level 1 trained in marital relationship therapy, hold certification in LIFE Languages™ & Couples Coaching™, and IBCC/AACC board certified. My greatest hope is that anyone reading this who feels overwhelmed, alone, and hopeless will be encouraged to reach out for help.
I offer in-person & online sessions for your convenience. I specialize in Christian counseling intensives for marital therapy & men's recovery. Intensives often produce lasting results more quickly than typical start and stop weekly counseling. I'm a pastoral counselor, so I am able to integrate your own personal faith and spirituality should you choose to.
During your office visit or online session, my goal for you is to feel comfortable, heard and respected. I know talking to a stranger about personal things can be intimidating but that is often the way forward to experiencing breakthrough.
