At Root & Rise Collective, I work with adults and couples who are ready for something to change. Many of my clients come to therapy because they feel stuck in unhealthy patterns—whether it’s ongoing conflict in a relationship, the weight of anxiety or depression, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together alone. I specialize in both individual and couples therapy, offering support through compassion, guidance, and evidence-based approaches. With individuals, I help adults navigate social anxiety, depression, and struggles with self-worth, with a particular passion for men’s mental health.
I view therapy as a relational process. Because emotional pain often begins in relationships, I believe healing is most powerful when it unfolds in the safety of a supportive one. My goal is to create a therapeutic space rooted in trust, authenticity, and respect, where you feel both understood and challenged as you move toward growth.
