I accept Cigna and Aetna insurances. I offer a sliding scale fee ranging as low as $60. I wish to challenge certain stereotypes around mental health and invite anyone, regardless of their race and/or gender to reach out for psychological services if needed. I work with clients demonstrating a range of mental health concerns, including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, mood and personality disorders, life transitions and stress. My preference of clients is not limited to their race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation, but their devotion to their own mental well being.
I specialize in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to challenge irrational/negative thoughts and beliefs that causes clients distress in their everyday lives.
So many of us believe that we can solve our problems on your own, sometimes we can. However, there are many of us who require assistance, and that is nothing to be ashamed of. Needing help and asking for it does not make someone weak, it makes them stronger than most.
