With 25+ years in mental health and 15+ as a therapist, I work with adolescents, young adults, parents, couples, and families navigating life’s most challenging moments. You may look like you’re managing on the outside but feel overwhelmed, not enough, or stuck in patterns that won’t shift. Whether you’re facing academic, social, or work pressure, a major life transition, or relationship challenges, it can be hard to know how to move forward. As a parent, you may feel helpless watching your child struggle. You don’t have to do this alone.

I specialize in relationship work, trauma, and neurodivergence (ADHD/ADD, level 1 autism). Many cope through social withdrawal, masking, or school/work avoidance. You might struggle with motivation, self advocacy, and setting boundaries. My approach integrates IFS, Lifespan Integration, and CBT/DBT with a nervous system focus to support lasting change.

I help clients understand themselves through a “parts” and nervous system lens—seeing reactions as adaptive patterns, not flaws. We work from the bottom up to support regulation and meaningful, long-lasting change. I believe consistent personal growth occurs across the lifetime with the right support.
