About
My experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, parents, couples, and families. Are you struggling to feel like you are enough? Are you overwhelmed with social, academic, or work pressure? Have you recently gone through a major life transition such as losing a loved one or going through a separation or divorce? Do you struggle as a parent with setting limits or are you terrified of the current struggle your child is facing and at a loss as to how you can effectively support them? Do your relationships suffer due to poor communication and unhealthy boundaries? Have you experienced childhood or adulthood trauma?
I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients (ADHD, high functioning autism spectrum, learning differences, etc.). I also work well with individuals struggling with video game and screen addictions. This can manifest as social withdrawal, refusing to attend school and/or worsening grades, failure to launch, and a lack of self-advocacy.
I use a relationship-focused approach with a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Lifespan Integration, and Internal Family Systems. Despite the challenges you face and the weaknesses you may have, you have the capacity for continual positive growth across your lifetime. I would feel privileged to work alongside you in this process.
