A lot of my work centers around helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to make sense of what they are feeling. This may show up as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, difficulty with self-esteem, or feeling caught between who they are, who they have been expected to be, and who they are becoming. Therapy can be a space to breathe, slow things down, and begin putting language to experiences that may have felt confusing, heavy, or isolating.
I enjoy helping patients better understand their emotions, patterns, relationships, and the ways their past experiences may still be impacting their present. From there, we can work together to build healthier coping skills, strengthen self-trust, and create space for healing, clarity, and growth.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from communities where mental health has often been stigmatized or misunderstood. I believe therapy can be a powerful space where people feel seen, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry everything alone.
