I believe that sometimes our greatest challenges can be a doorway to important change and growth. This can be true in our personal lives, romantic relationships, and families. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for healing many issues, including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, confusion, relationship issues, life transitions, and worry. I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and people who identify as neurodivergent; I have a lot of empathy for those who feel deeply and have a more sensitive nervous system.
In sessions, I tailor my therapy style to meet each client's individual needs. I draw upon several modalities, including attachment-based, person-centered, depth psychology, AEDP, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT). I believe that each client is the authority on their own experience and the author of their own life.
These are especially difficult times in our world, and many people are struggling to process their feelings and life stressors. I provide a warm, supportive space for growth and change, where you can learn emotional and practical skills to live a better life. The fastest way to connect for me is email, so please email me with any questions you have. Thanks!
