I have been serving children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2003 in various therapeutic relationships including case management, psychotherapy, and psychological/neuropsychological evaluations. Carefully designed and well-executed evaluations can identify barriers to success, offer diagnostic clarification, and provide a wealth of information to help with school, home, work, and therapeutic interventions. I also provide psychotherapy for various difficulties including ADHD, ASD, behavioral challenges, trauma-informed (ARC) as well as problems with adjustment, peer relationships, and executive functioning.
I use a caring and supportive approach when working with children, adolescents, adults, and my fellow veterans. My interventions consist of ongoing assessment/goal setting, CBT, mindfulness, social/communication skills training, ABA, ILF neurofeedback, motivational interviewing, and client-centered training. I also offer parent training when appropriate.
I take a whole-person perspective and want to build on your strengths. I use my understanding of relationships, neuroscience, and therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate through the difficulties they are encountering. Semper Fidelis.
