Counseling can be a great tool for people seeking help in navigating relationships and life struggles. Grief, anxiety, depression, body image issues are common struggles yet depending on the individual require unique methods or tools in order for them to see progress in their journey. Counseling can be intimidating for those who have never done it before but I am here to gently guide you and be someone who can listen to your needs and help you develop a plan of action, unique to you. Choosing to walk a path of healing can be hard but it's worth every step of the way.
I am here to help people who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional eating issues, trauma backgrounds, and grief. I enjoy working with children, teens, and their parents. I often use CBT as my approach to counseling while implementing other approaches as I see necessary. I am clinically supervised by Patricia Griswold, LPCC-S.
Everyone has struggles or hits a wall in their journey to life. I can help guide you and listen in a welcoming, nonjudgmental way environment.
