I’ve spent the last seven years researching children with ADHD, their families, and various sleep and environmental factors in hospitals, clinics, and schools. As a soon-to-be-retired commissioned officer in the Army, I’ve worked directly with veterans, service members, and their families for over a decade. I’ve also contributed to initiatives aligned with the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness programming. I’m dedicated to advancing knowledge on ADHD and providing therapeutic, research-informed support to individuals and families impacted by it.
As an experienced, well-versed clinician, I provide direct care to individuals and groups via evidenced-based psychotherapy, training, consultation, and other services. I'm an expert in the assessment of complex adult psychological dysfunction across the full spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses.
