I will work with you to create a tailor made treatment plan that meets your needs in therapy. I think it is also good for you to know a few basic things about me- I just recently turned 40, (if my age range is important to you), I am offering virtual therapy at this time and I have been in therapy myself so am empathetic to the other side of this.
Some of the therapy approaches I am trained in are Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy.
