That's because the part running the show isn't the thinking part. It's older, deeper, and it's been protecting you with the same worn-out strategy since you were a kid. That's where I come in. I'm trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy — we work below the surface, with the subconscious, to get to the root of the pattern instead of just arguing with the symptom. We'll go gently and go deep, and yes, we'll laugh along the way. Do you know what EMDR is? Look it up if you don't — I bring that in too.
And I'm Chippewa, a Native American tribe, so my work carries an Indigenous, whole-person lens: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual all in the room together. We don't have to lean into that if it's not your thing, but if it calls to you, we can. I rarely open up my books for new clients. Only taking hypnotherapy clients at this time. Limited slots.
