I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for coping skills, My focus is Trauma Recovery, PTSD, Veterans, military and their families, victims of violence, rape, crimes, elder and child abuse. mood disorders, psychotic, Co-occurring and Dual Diagnosis. Substance abuse/addiction, treatment and recovery. At-risk youth, troubled teens, crisis intervention, EAP
I also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to create emotional regulation. DBT aids in developing a balance between accepting the past and moving ahead in order to make major behavioral progress. EMDR will be utilized for trauma and PTSD victims. Strong focus on attachment theory
